This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit thekrewelings.com (the “Site”), subscribe to our newsletter, contact us, or purchase our products.

Our products and Site are intended solely and exclusively for use by adults aged 18 or above — particularly parents, caregivers, educators, and other adults purchasing for and/or working with children. Contact form messages: typically 2 years unless tied to an ongoing matter

We use commercially reasonable security measures including SSL encryption for the Site, encrypted payment processing through Stripe, restricted access to personal information among authorized personnel, and routine security review. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Where We Operate
Our Site is operated from the United States, and we currently sell and ship within the United States only. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.; by using the Site, you consent to this transfer. If we expand to international sales in the future, we will update this Policy accordingly.
10. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)
As stated above, our Site and products are intended for adults aged 18 or above. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under the age of 18. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under the age of 18, we will delete it promptly.
